1. About TenantScan

TenantScan is a complimentary Microsoft 365 security and AI readiness audit tool operated by Lowery Solutions LLC ("Lowery Solutions," "we," "us"), a technology services company based in Cedar Park, Texas. By using TenantScan, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Informational Purpose Only: Not Professional Advice

The results produced by TenantScan are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional security, legal, or compliance advice. The findings in your report represent a point-in-time assessment of certain configurable settings in your Microsoft 365 tenant as reported by the Microsoft Graph API. They may not reflect the full scope of your organization's security posture, regulatory obligations, or risk exposure.

Always consult a qualified IT security professional, attorney, or compliance advisor before making changes to your Microsoft 365 environment or before relying on any report findings for business, legal, or regulatory decisions.

3. Use at Your Own Discretion

Your use of TenantScan and any actions you take based on the findings in your report are entirely at your own discretion and risk. Lowery Solutions LLC is not responsible for any outcome, whether positive or negative, resulting from actions taken in response to a TenantScan report.

4. Read-Only Access

TenantScan requests only read-only permissions to your Microsoft 365 tenant. We do not create, modify, or delete any data in your tenant. By authorizing TenantScan, you are granting temporary, read-only access to specific Microsoft Graph API endpoints solely for the purpose of generating your audit report.

5. No Data Retention

TenantScan does not store, log, or retain any Microsoft 365 tenant data. All data retrieved during your session is used only to generate your report and is discarded when your session ends. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Eligibility and Authorization

By using TenantScan, you represent that: (a) you are authorized to grant the requested Microsoft 365 permissions on behalf of your organization; (b) you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms; and (c) your use of TenantScan complies with your organization's internal policies and any applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOWERY SOLUTIONS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF TENANTSCAN OR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON YOUR REPORT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LOWERY SOLUTIONS LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0), AS TENANTSCAN IS PROVIDED AS A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE.

8. No Warranty

TENANTSCAN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LOWERY SOLUTIONS LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT FINDINGS WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. THE MICROSOFT GRAPH API DATA THAT POWERS TENANTSCAN MAY BE INCOMPLETE, DELAYED, OR UNAVAILABLE FOR CERTAIN TENANT CONFIGURATIONS OR LICENSE TYPES.

9. Microsoft Trademark Notice

TenantScan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft, Microsoft 365, and Copilot are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Use of these names in this application is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

Lowery Solutions LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of TenantScan after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
